Most of you should be familiar with this must-see event. Anyway, tickets can now be reserved by non-UK citizens from metalculte(AT)hotmail(DOT)com
May this summer fly by like a... Swedish summer. |

| Will see how it goes, it all depends on whether I can gain access to KiT IX or not. |

That's pretty damn cool, let's see if we can fit that in. We were going to stay until sunday, so this would be nice. And this seems to be very much in the neighbourhood of the ULU venue
Rich told me that 100+ tickets are already reserved for London is Doomed, mostly by foreigners. |

| I'll be there for the Inquisition and for the Cloven Hoof/Elixir gig the night after. Hotel and flight booked. Anyone else here going to shop for records on saturday and know some good shops? |

| Where are you guys staying? I'm looking for a cheap hostel in the neighbourhood, found some interesting ones (Camden Inn, Ashlee House) but haven't decided yet. |

We've booked flight + tickets but haven't start looking for hostels just yet. I figure I'll ask around at the Miskatonic forum a week or 2 before (should be more Londoners in the know there)
The only other time I've been in London I stayed at a hostel close to St Paul's Cathedral, but I think it was quite expensive because of the location. All cheap-ass tips are welcomed. |

| Shouldn't wait too long to book something. I tried the small Pickwick Hall hostel, which is the closest to the venue and they didn't have any vacancies anymore (expect expensive single rooms of 32 Pound). So I just booked my second choice, which was Ashlee House, about 1,5 km from the venue. Costed me 18 pounds/27,40 euros per night in a 16-bedded dorm. Was the cheapest I could find in the neighbourhood. Camden area seems nice too, around those prices too, but further away. The second closest is proabably YHA St Pancreas where a lot of PA Templars are staying, but it was a bit more expensive (I believe somewhere around 35 euros per night). Plus you need a membership card of YHA, if not you'll have to pay an extra fee of 3 pounds/night. |

As long as there's a good tube connection it really doesn't have to be that close, but you're probably right about starting to search for places to stay.
Btw, do we have any londoners on the forum? |

| Well, fuck! I might be heading to this, but the fact that I'm in Vancouver, British Columbia and that I'm 17 (without a passport!) may be somewhat difficult. |

Well, the age limit might be a problem. Dunno what the regulations & standards are in the UK, but in Sweden I know that underaged occationally can get into shows at clubs if they contact the vendor and state their case. It all depends on individual policies I guess. Try e-mailing ULU. I know they have a webpage though I don't have the url around. |

| Damnit, I won't be able to make it. Hopefully there'll be other opportunities to see PA next year. |
