ATROCITY (USA) .... very violent stuff with hints to Repulsion and Brazilian bands from 80s, very close to death metal edge (but not typical death metal):
Demo 1987
Hatred Birth EP 1989
Infected LP 1990 |

| I was listening to the First Penetration demo by Penetrator from France and it's total savage Thrash, I think it fits exactly what you're looking for. The rips out there sound like shit though, too bad since it's a really nice demo. They seem to have gotten pretty lame later on though. |

| Cheers for the link! That really surprised me with rabid vocals and raw sound! |

Glad you liked it. I was surprised as well, now I hope a better rip surfaces (or why not a remastered demo compilation or something). |

| Soothsayer from Canada! And of course Sacrifice and Damnation. The reissues on Nuclear War Now! are certainly worth getting, especially when you are into stuff like this. |

| Soothsayer is more on a crossover side, I am not convinced |

Did you even read the thread? None of these are that "brutal" to quality for what he's seeking. |

| The demo slays but I wouldn't call it brutal. |
