Nightshade (US)"Reckless" 7" 1984 - Rock/Hard Rock mix, terrible lame!
Grafitti (US)"Daydreaming" 7"EP 88 - Melodic Hard Rock/Metal something, B-side is pretty good
Essie X & The Banned (US)"2 bad 2 be 4 given" 7"EP 85 - Pub Hard Rock/ B-side is good Glam Metal
Simoriah (Ger)"The ocean" 7"EP 88 - Hard Rock, 2 coverversions!
The Mission (US)"God fearin man" 7"EP 86 - terrible Hard/Boogie Rock
The Black Knight (US)"Another night with the boys" 7"EP 80 - AOR/Pomp
Non-Fiction (US)"Don't bet your love" 7"EP 82 - AOR/Pomp
Point of View (US)"Has my love been good for you" 7"EP 87 - AOR/Rock
Twilight (Swi)"Hardhip" 7"EP 82 - like heavier Krokus, good stuff
Just say stop!
Seriously, you can go to ebay and look thru the Hard Rock section and there are tons of bands labelled as Hard Rock that noone has heard before. And it sucks, because you really don't know what's good and what's just Rock. |

I have dozens of demotapes which are not on the internet. Some good ones even.
And now someone will start bitching that demotapes are not the same as vinyl blahblah. |

That's correct. You can find some hidden metal gems on Rock section or even without a genre tag.But as you've said it's Hit or Miss thing. You'll never know what to expect.

A song titel like that really sounds like the product of "Pup Hard Rock".
Nice list anyway. The swiss band TWILIGHT is not really unknown though, i've heard them mentioned by a swiss collector before and they have an entry at musik-sammler.de as well. |

Not really, you shouldn't forget that each 7" cost me ca. 9,99 $ plus postage and I'm not exactly a Pomp Rock/AOR fan.
It's mostly wasted money that I could have used for something better stuff. |

My thoughts exactly. I didn't google all of these but of the ones I did there was mention of them. |

Why you should always pick up the items you win on ebay in person if possible: because people always have more records stashed away and you might walk out with an original Repulsion "Horrified" LP for a tenner.
Extremely happy to open my bargain year 2012 with this |

Examples please ... the only stuff you can find via google is Non-Fiction (labeled as Rock) and Twilight. For all the rest the only matches are my own infos that I made here AFTER I've bought the EP's. |
