I saw FATAL EMBRACE with DESASTER and HOLY MOSES here back in 2002. They were quite cool then, great gig.

I envy you.

They are one of my all-time faves.

Alas, no money for a trip to London these days.

OT: GHOST in Brussels on the 27th. For free!

I went to Eindhoven yesterday for Speedfest, and really enjoyed the sets of PENTAGRAM, THE SONICS, THE REVEREND HORTON HEAT, MONSTER MAGNET, THE HOOKERS and DISCHARGE. Great atmosphere and colourful audience.

Been there yesterday (in Leipzig/Germany)

MORTAL SIN were better than expected, although we went too late to the hall and therefor missed my favourite "Woman in leather".

HEATHEN were godlike, perfect pounding metal with great vocals.
Very enjoyable.

Same goes for DESTRUCTION, perfect setlist and sound.

SEPULTURA started off with "Beneath...", which just showed from the very first second that Max C. CAN be replaced. They played some slow songs from "Arise", which got me p*ssed off (no "Schizophrenia" or "Morbid visions" songs???? Shocked ) but then closed the set with an ultra-hard version of "Arise". Great gig.

EXODUS? Didn't watch them, they just s*ck nowadays.

Great "festival" for only 28€, that I can recommend to everyone into Thrash metal. Very Happy

Shame I couldn't attend any Thrashfest date. I'd love to have seen some classic sets by most of those bands. Sad
Been a very low gig attendence count for me this year. Only saw 2 bands I liked.

Let's hope it is. And if it's not, let's just hope for a reissue on CD and Vinyl.
