Has anyone heard of this anthology? I have seen it being advertised by I Hate Records, but the CD is nowhere to be found.

Thrasher Death were a Polish thrash band from the late 80s, by the by. They would release two demos back then and, unsurprisingly, split up in the beginning of the 90s.

It's always cheaper to buy from the USA even with the postage. The American Dollar is worthless.
