I'm glad to announce the upcoming release of Sweden's finest and equally arcane 80s epic metal heroes: DETEST - A MASSIVE Double 2CD Set featuring their cult "Thundersteel" MLP 1990 plus myriad of demos recorded between 1998-1991. A must have for fans of Manowar, Doomsword, and Metal Church, just to name a few.
To make things even more fun and interesting, we're going to make this interactive: you can ask Micke Därth questions, the answers to which will be published in the booklet.
So go ahead and give it your best shot! All questions received by Friday, May 18th will be forwarded to Micke.

This is very exciting news! I think Thundersteel could be my favourite heavy metal song ever; epic, triumphant, yet with a mournfulness to it.
Who was Steinhurst?
How did the band's music end up being so diverse? |

This is something I never would have expected.
My question to the band is: How did you get in contact with Stormspell Records? |

Good to see a release of this, and especially as complete as it seems to be aiming for.
I'd like to see the usual questions answered. Who were their inspirations, what kind of band were they trying to be, who did they play with (if they played live), how they came up with that cover...the whole lot really. |

| I'd like to know if they had a story figured out for the cover art, what that thing was actually doing, what was at the bottom of that mountain, what other ideas did they have for the cover, what next? |

| I would really like to know if it was their intention to switch their style from song to song (regarding the EP): at first an epic tune, then a little thrashing, afterwards a bit doomy etc. Or did this happen just by accident? |

Didn't expect this at all, can't wait!
I also would like to inquire about their diversity like Pestkrieg and Decibel_Rebel did.
Did Detest get any media coverage anywhere? |
