About the Whetstone demo, if I recall right it was typical German Power Metal from the late 80s.
I need to ask some of my friends if they have a double deck, so that I could probably do at least a dub...
Thank you, i'd appreciate that.
Helm, i'll be uploading the demo quite soon. |

Alot of these I can't rember the specifics of a the moment, but as far as bands go...
THANATOS(used to collect anything I could find on them in their demo days)
SINDROME
SLAUGHTER LORD
WARGASM(loved ALL their demo stuff!)
CRIONIC-THE LAND WHICH ONCE WERE
SEDITION(from Texas, can't rember the names of their tapes, but had a really evil vibe!)
BLACK SHEPHERD(sp.?...yes I love the demo they did before they recorded their lp...reminded me alot of POSSESSED
SALEM SPADE-WITCHHUNT 1991
....plus way too many more to think of right now. Unfortunatley, I lost alot of this stuff in a trade along time ago. Wish I could go back in time ... |

| Sanctus, great! great! great!, a swirling synth/organ never sounded so good in Metal. Innovative and far from generic stuff. |

You, sir, have excellent taste! Those are some of the few originals I've actually bothered keeping through the years. |

Thank you very much! I really miss those old tapes! I actually have the SINDROME demos on a cdr, and a few of those THANATOS demos that they tacked onto the reissue of EMERGING FROM THE NETHERWORLDS cd. I miss that CRIONIC, though. I would ask you to upload it, but I won't download anything right now. Only have dial-up at the moment(used to have the high-speed...spoiled me rotten...lol), but maybe someone else would want to hear it? Btw, I really love The Corroseum! |

Demo from Zeus? Are you sure it's not the 2 tracks from the 7"? What a killer single... |

The sound of the rip is not that good indeed, but i don't know if its due to the rip itself or the production of the 7". Killer single regardless. |
