| ICE CROSS was briefly mentioned in the BLACK HOLE "Land of Mystery" review on this website. Any more info on them? Demos? Etc.... |

| The band is from Iceland and they released an album in the early 70s. It's top-notch dark heavy rock, very haunting at times, one my favorites from that decade. I 'm not aware of any demo material. A cheap and easy to find CD reissue is circulating. |

| As far as I know it's also re-released as LP, definitely worth checking out. |

| Found some more info on this band online now. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! Typing "Ice Cross" into Google gets you nowhere fast but with the extra info you gave me I was able to track down the info I wanted to know. Thanks again for the help! |

I found this LP pretty boring...
Coverart/Name/Origin are interesting, the music is not. |

| Although i don't like generally the 70's,this band is very good. Some tracks are classics with very powerful and genious guitar leads. Also the thematology of the lyrics is very interesting.Am i the only one who noticed a major difference of the production and musical style between some of tracks? Why this? |

| That IceCross album is really cool, but then I generally like 70s stuff. Has anyone here heard the album called "Andrew" made by one of their members a few years later? |

A top-fave in Heavy-like-Sabbath-and-no-boring-songs-intbetween cathegory. A Mercyful Fate for the 70s? One of the members made a solo album or 2 after this one, but I've never heard or seen it. Supposedly not as heavy as ICE CROSS |
