<  Victim Of Time  ~  Picture's new great album "Warhorse"

I'm sure few around here care about such a dull thing as new music, but PICTURE have a great album called "Warhorse" coming out in February. It's their heaviest yet for sure!

They've just released the single cut "Battleplan" for free download and it's a total metal anthem. Go to their official homepage and follow the link on the start page to download the song. There is also an audio player that plays samples of a bunch of other songs off the album.

Sounds better than Old Dog New Tricks. I might pick it up if opinions on the full album are positive as well.

I have a promo of the full album and I think it's great. There are a couple of dull tracks but the best stuff more than make up for it.

I Love "Old Dogs New Tricks" as well but that and the newest one are very different. Old Dogs had more of a melodic hard rock vibe similar to their earliest stuff, "Diamond Dreamer" in particular, while "Warhorse" is much heavier with a rougher metal edge.

At first listen Battleplan was ok, but not great. Gonna check out the album when it hit the shops, since the threadstarter on occasions has proven good taste in music.
