| Certain RIOT tracks are pure RAINBOW-worship. |

| One of the most underrated/shamefully forgotten albums in this great style is the Dutch FRANKIE WOODHOUSE's "Something In The Air" album (actually a double-12") from 1984. 3 of the songs from this gem was also recorded earlier under the LADY-monicker on a 12" EP. |

| FRANKIE WOODHOUSE's "Something In The Air" is not forgotten here, it is a classic. Lady 12" is too for that matter. |

I hear a big Rainbow influence in Grand Magus, and in JBs sometime other band Spiritual Beggars too.
Both modern(ish) bands, but very relevant to this thread nonetheless.
Also, i hear JR Blackmore's stuff is very much in the Rainbow mould, but i've yet to hear anything by him personally. |

I also love Rainbow;ish bands.
...and I say Terra Rosa!
The ex-Terra Rosa vocalist Kazue Akao and guitarist Hiromi Suzuki recently unioned Kruberablinka, and it sounds like almost Terra Rosa! |

How can it be underrated if you can't even find it anywhere? Either on vinyl or the internet.
I've heard about this band more than once over the years but I've never seen it anywhere. |

| "Something In The Air" has been on ebay for cheap many times in the past. |
