Yes I do think Medieval Steel is one of the most well-known vinyls in the underground so that's why I never mentioned it. I think the first recordings of 'Eyes of Fire' and 'To Kill A King' are better than the EP even. Also already mentioned some CD:s.

SAVAGE ROSE IS a real band though Smile Danish band from the 70's.

esp check out "trench devils" or "no boundary for hell"

Hahaha, are you talking to me? In case you have forgotten, I can't stand most Bay Area bands, those germans are worse than anything though, talking about bottom of the barrel material, just like 70% of the bands you're listening to Very Happy

In general German bands are pretty bland and too straight-forward.
