At the moment I'm not sure if Pentagram Records was PENTAGRAM's own label or if outside forces were involved. It remains a fact that PENTAGRAM-drummer Joe Hasselvander was also the man behind studio-projects DEVIL CHILDE and PHANTOM LORD, together with Jack Starr, Ned Meloni and others, even if these bands were marketed as "real" bands at the time. For instance, I once read a press release for the DEVIL CHILDE album which stated that the band was from Canada and in their mid-teens. Metalploitation anyone?
